Amelia just woke up once
Didn't wake up with itchy hands
But my scalp has been itchy and behind my ears
I can't wait till it subsides
I noticed I haven't had that much sinus issues past week
Wonder if it has anything to do with this whole30
Always thought it was the environment doing it to me not the food I was eating mainly
