I can't believe I weighed in at 160!
I'm almost at my pre preggo weight 155!

My face feels crazy
Like rejuvenated
Energy levels unbelievable
My work cloths are loose
I love this way of eating
It's simple I keep it simple
It feels good to eat it
I read about the benefits of cauliflower
Anti cancer
Hell yes
2-4 dollars for cauliflower
Or years of painful sickness
And not living life
I'm hoping my lil sister gets into it
I want her to feel this feeling
I feel scared introducing new foods but
I'll make an effort to eat this way all the time.
I'm a mom now I wanna be around and be the best I can be for her my hubby my family my job
Just crazy
