Workout Wednesday

Putting my toddler down for a nap
Usually its about 2 hours
Once she wakes up I'm heading to the park
I will run 1.75 miles
Than do 6 exercises from body rocking tv workout
So far it will be
100 squats with weights
4 sets 25 reps
21 shoulder press 3 sets 7 nice and slow reps
36 pushups
12 a piece 3 sets
25 nice and slow crunch
30 bicycles crunch
stretch
