My view during abs

This morning

Man the weather felt hot out the door.
Yet when I got to the park the breeZe was just flowing!! Felt so effin nice!
I ran 1.75 mile
Than did squats
Push-ups
Around the world lunge squats
Bicep curls
Plank
Abs
Than..
My coworker came by

The run was hard not gonna lie
But the slow walkers enc me to not stop
Two ladies wearing the space suit tops
Looks like torture
The lady on her cell phone I passed twice saying "no it did not look good on you" and than yelling "oh no you listen here"
I thought how can u workout
Like that totally defeating the purpose
And bypass the cute old men strolling

Squats were not challenge enough with 10lb db
I need to pair it with the plyo jump squats

Everything else was hard

I'm excited me and the hubby have a free intro class to Crossfit!!! This Friday

Ow!!

As I lay here my two year old is grabbing my love handle with her sharp nails! Am I the only one who cuts her nails!!! I worked last Thursday Friday. I was off Saturday. Than worked another 3 12 hour shifts. I was done yesterday. I ate pretty clean for the most part.

I did workout Sat! Did Body Rock Tv day 1 workout for fall . I killed it!!

Today workout

Run 1.75 mile

100 squats 4 sets 25

Burpees

Around the world squats lunges

Mountain climbers
Bicep curls
Push-ups
Plank with
V sits
Crunch
Bicycle
Stretch

Workout Wednesday

Putting my toddler down for a nap
Usually its about 2 hours
Once she wakes up I'm heading to the park
I will run 1.75 miles
Than do 6 exercises from body rocking tv workout
So far it will be
100 squats with weights
4 sets 25 reps
21 shoulder press 3 sets 7 nice and slow reps
36 pushups
12 a piece 3 sets
25 nice and slow crunch
30 bicycles crunch
stretch

We Killed it today!!!!!

My sister said she was done even before we started.
Only difference is we added kettle ball into it
We sweat so much I saw my legs looking toned I can't wait for more results and to keep it!!!
